Items are packaged in a strong postage envelope or a jiffy bag to ensure their safe transit.

If you purchase from us on any weekday before 2:30pm, we will dispatch your item(s) the same day.

In the event that an item is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. P&P charges will be applicable prior to dispatch at the prevailing Royal Mail tracked/signed-for rate for package size.
