Returns

Hopefully you will be overjoyed with the item(s) you receive from us, but in the event that you wish to return an item, please cancel your order and return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Here are the steps that you need to take:

You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. Please ensure you use a recorded / tracked delivery service.

  1. Let us know you wish to return an item by e-mailing us - returns@brandinity.com. We respond rapidly to all communications.

  2. Package the item(s) you wish to return, including your payment receipt and send to the following address:

  3. Once the return has been received, we will then refund you the amount you paid provided that the item is in the same condition as it was when dispatched to you and is free from any odours. The refund will use the same payment method as the original purchase.

Please note: Where an item has been purchased as part of an offer (e.g. buy 3 items, get 20% off), the refund will take into account whether the offer would have still applied minus the returned item and the refund shall be made on that basis. If no offer was utilised, then the refund will be the full amount that you paid for the item.

If a return isn't received, we will be unable to provide a refund.
